These days, everyone is scrambling for money. The economy is taking a toll on consumers’ pockets, businesses’ pockets, and even the government’s pocket. There are people who still care, and care enough to create miracles, such as the Holmes Beach Florida real estate. On February 10, 2009, a miracle was indeed performed. A single, homeless, young male was at his life’s end. He owned his own auto mechanics business, called “We Have What Your Car Doesn’t”, and was one of the thousands of people whose businesses went under. Not wanting to bother his family or friends with his worries, he had taken off with the little money he had. The supply of money, though, ran out before he could find work. Somehow, he had found himself near a Holmes Beach, Florida real estate building, which is an incredibly pleasant area to live in. A Holmes Beach Florida real estate agent spotted the young man’s body heaving with illness. You see, this man’s luck was very little; he had also developed a vicious cough that had been weakening his body and immune system for quite some time now. The homeless man tried resist assistance at first, but was so weak he was eventually unable to refuse. The Holmes Beach Florida real estate agent took the homeless man to the hospital, no questions asked. According to the doctors, the man had severe bronchitis, and would have passed the next few days if the Holmes Beach Florida real estate agent had not found him. The homeless man eagerly agreed to do whatever it takes to get his groundings back. The real estate agent called his surrounding agencies and informed them of this homeless man’s situation. So, Holmes Beach Florida real estate agencies pulled together and helped this man find an honest job working as an auto technician, as the man knew more about cars than most people living on the beach. Even more so, they found the young man a place to live. The apartment was close enough to work so that he could walk, and inexpensive enough that he could afford the apartment and immediate necessities! In other words, this man couldn’t have found a more perfect realtor to help him. I’m going to have to say, they out did them selves with this one; miracles DO happen.
